- We will send you the booking confirmation : after receiving the deposit.
- Send us the balance 45 days before the departure. (Please note the date in your agenda – Girolibero will NOT remind you to do it).
- Receive the travel documents: after the payment we will send you the hotel list and the general travel information per e-mail. The travel documents will be sent by post (EU countries) or delivered on site.
