Multi adventure cruise between Corfù and Cephalonia

Day by Day
1. Corfu Island
Individual arrival at Corfu and collective transfer from the airport to the ship. At 2 pm you can start checking in on the Panagiota. The tour begins with a joint dinner on board. Overnight in Corfu Town.
2. Corfu - Paxos Island
After breakfast you will sail to the island of Paxos, the island of olives. Paxos is the smallest of the 7 Ionian Islands inhabited by more olive trees than people – 32 kmq are home to over 250,000 olive trees! The natural harbor of Gaios is unique and will provide a special atmosphere to your stay here. In the afternoon, you will have a small cycle tour along the coast to Mongonisi bay. You can spend the evening enjoying local taverns in Gaios.
3. Paxos Island - Lefkas Island
In the morning, sail to Lefkas Island and Lefkas town, but before arriving you will anchor near Antipaxos for a swim stop diving directly from the boat. After a long cruise, you will reach a narrow channel with an original swing bridge which connects the Greek mainland with the island. From Lefkas town set off for your tour around the lagoon and enjoy a second swim at the white sand beach, Agios Ioannis. After returning to the boat, you will navigate to Nidri where you will spend the evening and the night.
4. Lefkas Island - Cephalonia Island
In the morning, ride from Nidri through olive groves to a nearby waterfall. If you are lucky, a steady stream of water will let you take a refreshing swim. From here you will proceed to Fiskardo on the island of Cephalonia. This port, located at the northern tip of the island, will delight you with its colourful little houses and many cafés and taverns along the picturesque harbour promenade. An evening 30 minute walk will lead you to a pretty nearby lighthouse. Overnight in Fiskardo.
5. Cephalonia Island - Meganisi Island
After a short boat crossing you will reach the harbour of Agia Efimia, featured in the Hollywood film ‘’Captain Corelli’s Mandolin’’. Today’s bike tour starts here, and will lead you along the coastline to the enchanting Melissani Cave, accessible only on a row boat. Before you head back to the boat for the evening, you will pay an educational visit to a donkey farm. The boat will meet you in Sami and takes you for a well-deserved swim break! More sailing further on to Meganisi, a charming island where you’ll spend the night.6. Meganisi Island - Arillas
After breakfast, you have the chance to explore Meganisi on your bike. Afterwards, a long crossing will take you to Arillas, an idyllic and peaceful place along the Greek west coast, close to Perdika on the Greek mainland. A stroll along the sandy beach or a swim around your boat rounds off the day. Overnight in Arillas.
7. Arillas - Corfu Island
In the morning your bike tour will lead you on remote roads under the shade of ancient olive trees through a national park and along a little river, until you reach the monastery of Agios Athanasios, that you will have the opportunity to visit. The Panagiota will be waiting for your last crossing back to Corfu. Here you will enjoy a final group meal and celebrate a fun week together.
8. Corfu Island
After breakfast, aroud 9:30 am check-out, collective transfer to the airport on request and individual return home, or holiday extension on the island of Corfu.Due to organisational reasons, weather conditions or provisions issued by local authorities, the itinerary may be subject to some changes before and/or during the holiday. Issues with high and low water, as well as logistic obstacles such as officially ordered - previously not announced - repair work on locks or bridges can modify some of the daily stretches or overnight stays and may even request a transfer by bus. These decisions are only taken by the barge’s captain.

Route profile
Our tours are usually no too physically demanding, however as for the longer tours on Lefkas and Paxos, the tour guide will inform you in detail about what you can expect. The walks and short hikes take place on nice trails, sometimes even paved roards. Should some activities require a bit more physical fitness, the tour guide will point this out.
These tours are especially suited for children. Please have in mind that we can supply rental bikes only for a body height of at least 4.3 ft./1,3 m. -

The precise embarkation point will be written in the Final Tour Details that you will receive a few days before departure.
By Plane
The easiest way to get to the starting point is flying into Corfu. From the airport you can:
• book a private transfer (€ 15 p.p.);
• take the bus until the stop Corfu Mare and from there reach the docking place by foot.

Accommodation and meals
PANAGIOTA
The barge Panagiota is equipped with:
- 6 standard Double cabins below deck (6-8m2)
- 4 standard Double cabins above deck (6-8m2)
The cabins are equipped with double or bunk beds, A/C, hairdryer, tiled bathroom with a mirror, an all-in-one shower, washbasin and WC.
Common areas
A splendid teak wood deck, a cozy saloon with stained glass windows, comfortable seating areas throughout the ship and sunning mats on both of the sun decks provide a true sense of familiarity and home. The sea can be accessed via the swimming ladder, lowered into the sea when anchored in a secluded bay.

Bikes and accessories
In this tour you can rent:
- unisex hybrid bikes with 27/24 gears and hand brake
- unisex e-bikes with hand brake.
You can also rent:
- Child bikes | 20” and 24" wheels
- Child seat | max 22 kg | 1-4 yrs
- Tag-along | max 30 kg
These accessories can only be mounted on unisex hybrid bikes.
On board you can draw up a bike insurance against theft and damage (touring bike € 10; e-bike € 20). This policy covers:
- the theft of the bicycle only if you present the key of the lock;
- the damage of the bicycle if it is not due to careless or improper behavior of the customer.
The bikes are equipped with:
1 pannier bag
For this tour bike helmets are mandatory.

Thanks to a deep knowledge of the territory, they can give you useful hints and help you appreciate the place you are visiting. Of course they love cycling and will be happy to give you some advice about how to correctly use the bicycle gears and whenever necessary they can fix your flat tyre.

Ne rifaccio un'altra simile sicuramente, si va in posti difficili da raggiungere ma bellissimi da vedere come Porto Tzatzichi che ha scogliere bianche e mare turchese. -
