How it works Assistance
By your side
We are here for you before and during your trip. Start your trip confidently with the informational materials we provide or with a tour leader, and receive our seven-day-a-week phone support.
If you need advice or support during your trip, we’re here to help. Here’s how to find answers to your questions:
- Chat with us, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Check out the FAQs page on our website and find answers to frequently asked questions
- Book a phone appointment and we’ll call you back
Our travel packages include luggage transport service: leave your bags at the front desk each morning and you’ll find them waiting for you at your next accommodation. Traveling light makes all the difference!
While you are traveling, you’ll have our helpline at your disposal: we answer from our offices in Italy seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
If your trip is organized in collaboration with a local partner, we will provide you with their number, so that you can skip a step and resolve issues directly with those on the ground.
Follow the stages with maps and roadbooks
On a self-guided tour, we provide you with detailed maps and a roadbook with route descriptions in hard copy or digital format, depending on the tour.
On our Original Tours, for example, you can download the free Ride with GPS App and track the route from your cell phone, even offline.
For other trips, you can follow the route with Apps provided by our local partners, or receive a packet of printed directions at your first hotel.
Follow your tour leader
On our guided tours, you won’t have to think about the itinerary: the tour leader knows the route and guides the participants.
You will still receive informational materials with practical information, destination details, schedules and meeting points, and assistance numbers.
