All images, photographs, visual reproductions, texts, logos, and graphic content on this Site are the exclusive property of the Site Owner, Girolibero, unless otherwise specifically indicated.
These works are protected under Italian and international copyright and intellectual property law (Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, as amended, as well as applicable EU Copyright directives).
The Owner conducts periodic monitoring of the web to identify unauthorized uses of its works.
Violation of these provisions constitutes a civil and criminal offense under applicable law. In the event of a confirmed violation (theft or unauthorized use of the images), the Owner reserves the right to pursue legal action, whether judicial or extrajudicial, in order to obtain:
- The immediate removal of the unlawful content.
- Compensation for economic damages (calculated, among other things, on the basis of standard market rates for the licensing of photographic works).
- Reimbursement of legal costs incurred.
